Shipping is free on every U.S. order.

Processing and delivery

Processing and delivery times vary by product. Our apparel is printed or embroidered to order; plush, pins, and other collectibles have their own fulfillment schedules. Please check the product page for the estimated timing that applies to your item.

Orders containing different products may arrive in separate packages. We will send tracking information as each shipment is dispatched.

Check your delivery details

Please review your shipping address before placing your order. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once an order is in production or fulfillment.

Need help with a shipment?

If tracking has stopped updating or your order has not arrived by the end of its estimated delivery window, email admin@zenkaiclothing.com with your order number. We will look into the shipment and help resolve the issue.
