Curious little questions
A few
little details.
Does this include all nine plushes?
Yes. You receive nine separate plushes, one of every pictured design. Display props and gift wrapping are not included.
Can I choose individual colors?
This offer is for the full collection. One of every pictured design is included, so there is no color selection to make.
When will my set arrive?
Arrives in 5-8 business days. Shipping is free for this set. This collection may arrive separately from other items in your order.
How should I care for them?
Gently spot clean and allow to air dry. Keep away from heat and open flames. Follow any care instructions supplied with the product.
Will my set arrive in one package?
Not always. Larger sets often ship in 2–4 separate packages, so one can arrive a day or two before the others. If anything is still missing once your delivery window has passed, message us with your order number and we’ll sort it out.
What if my order is lost, damaged or wrong?
Send us your order number and a photo. If a package is lost in transit, a plush arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, we ship a free replacement, no return needed. Read the store’s delivery and returns policy.
