Small brand. Real people. Here's exactly how we handle things when something isn't perfect.
If it arrives damaged or misprinted
We replace it, free. Email us at admin@zenkaiclothing.com with a photo and we'll get a new one on the way. You don't need to ship the damaged one back.
If you're not happy with your first tee
You have 30 days from delivery to request a refund on the first item in your first order. No interrogation, no photos — just reach out.
Additional items in the same order
For anything beyond that first tee, we handle it through exchange or store credit, not cash. This keeps the shop sustainable — each piece is printed fresh when you order, and a full refund on a printed multi-item order is a loss we can't absorb as a small operation.
If the size is off
One free size exchange per order. If you're trading up a tier that costs more, we just ask you to cover the difference.
Shipping, always
Free in the US, always. Most orders ship in 1–2 business days. You'll get tracking the moment it goes out.
Why the policy is shaped this way: each Zenkai tee is printed fresh when you order it — nothing warehoused, nothing mass-produced. That means we can't restock returns, and a full-order cash refund on printed goods isn't something we can absorb while still making good tees. The promises above are the real ones — the ones we can keep without gimmicks or cutting corners on quality.
